There is nothing I personally find more frustraiting than looking through those pixel compelation sites, seeing a pixel on them, and then later finding the source and discovering a big "NOT FREE FOR USE" plastered over it. l
So this is a list of websites and artists I have found who truely offer free to use pixel art & other decorative items!
PLEASE always be sure to check the artists conditions for use of their work, as it differs from artist to artist. x And just because an artist offers some free to use items, doesn't mean their entire gallery is up for the taking.
When it comes to the Deviantart links, some of the artist have stipulations about if their art can be used outside of DA or not. I still included some of the DA only links, because I still figure they might be useful to some people.
